Sunny Family Dental is a leading practice based in California. Dr. Shah is one of the areas top docs with awards for cosmetic dentistry and many other disciplines. In addition to managing a successful practice, he lectures, trains, and develops others in the dental field.

Although Sunny Family Dental has a thriving practice, they were looking to expand into other areas with new office locations. In addition to working with Dr. Shah to promote new locations via social media, we also embarked on an aggressive program to improve organic search results (SEO). His social accounts, website, and local directory listings needed to be optimized, so we implemented our technical audit. The result was a focused plan for optimizing his brand online.

Social Account Audit

Our engagement began with a review of social media properties. By understanding work previously done by Dr. Shah and his team, we were able to gain insights. Key discovers were later used to develop content that followers search engines would love.

The social audit revealed a number of specific performance issues that needed to be address as well as content deficiencies. We identified the most popular dental services and content that website visitors found most engaging. This helped re-prioritize social posts and focus our optimization efforts.

After analyzing all of the organic data and formulating a strategy for focus on particular topics, we embarked on an aggressive initiative to grow social media followers and improve website traffic for Sunny Family Dental. The solution involved both social media management as well as driving individuals to their website for additional information. 

Increasing exposure online required the development of an editorial calendar for the website blog and each social channel to target specific areas. This advanced targeting allowed us to reach the right prospects at a very low cost.
